On request, CVEC can also undertake the consultancy and technical liaison for getting the No Objection Certificate from Central Groundwater Board (CGWB). The services provided in this concern can range from guidance in filling up forms, answering the queries and any such correspondence.
CGWB issued a notification on 24th September 2020 in which the provisions have been made for the penalty to those units who are extracting water without obtaining the CGWA NOC.
CGWA shall not permit any new bore well after 24th Sept 2020 in case of existing bore well industry can apply and in that case, the industry shall have to pay Rs. 1, 00,000 as a penalty of bore well and another Environment Damage Charges (No of Days from 24th Sept 2020 to the date you apply for CGWA NOC * ECRGW Rs. / KL of your water consumption).

• Design and implementation of groundwater recharge structures to augment existing supply and to create new sources. We primarily design and implement artificial recharge structures like percolation ponds, recharge wells, percolation pits, mini artificial aquifer system (MAAS), Sartorial recharge structures, recharge structures for available storm water drains. Water being the paramount concern these days, a recharge structure within the industry/community can greatly reduce the stress on underlying groundwater and provide for a year-round sustainable yield of groundwater.
• Design, develop and implement storm/rain water management systems (rain water harvesting). We also develop short term strategies for quick and effective removal of storm/rain water. We provide consulting services for roof rainwater harvesting systems for residential and commercial properties, industrial buildings, hospitals and government buildings.
• Identifying areas of water logging, design and implementation of systems for the removal of water logging.

After receive CGWA-NOC Industry should install Piezometer and Digital Flow Meter system with telemetry and shall submit the compliance of the same within 30 days of NOC or else there is the provision of Rs. 2, 00,000 Penalty.

Piezometer is measured the groundwater level and also records the data. Data can be displayed through a memory card or USB pen drive. we can also display the data on our PC or Mobile through GSM. It is mainly used for measuring the water level of borewell& rivers.

Description:

We Make Piezometer (DIGITAL GROUNDWATER LEVEL RECORDER) to measure the level of Ground Water & rivers with a wide variety of applications. We make both Telemetry & non-Telemetry Piezometer as per the customer requirement. The Data is displayed at the 16*2 LCD Display and also store in the Pen drive or Memory card in the format of Excel. The Pressure sensor is fully covered with the SS. It is not affected by Foam, wind or rain. The water level sensor is connected with the shielded wire. We design the Piezometer in a way that is easy to install. The data can be store on the cloud also through GSM. By which, We can monitor the Data online. We can measure the level up to 400 meters.12V DC Adapter is also used in the Piezometer for the supply.
